  • Full-time We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to join our dental office team.
This position is part of a two-person front office team that shares front office responsibilities. Responsibilities Greeting patients Answering and making phone calls Scheduling appointments and treatment Presenting treatment plans and financial options Understanding dental insurance benefits Managing accounts receivable and patient balances Helping create an excellent patient experience Qualifications Dental office experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and work well with a team Eaglesoft Dental software experience is a plus Competitive pay based on experience.
