We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Position Overview The Dental Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, support both clinical and administrative teams, and ensure an efficient, high-quality experience for every patient. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of dental office management. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and manage staff scheduling Support, supervise, and develop front desk and administrative team members Present treatment plans and assist patients in understanding their care options Ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service Manage billing processes, insurance claims, and collections Monitor and track office performance metrics, identifying areas for growth and improvement Collaborate with the clinical team to support efficient care delivery Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all applicable regulations Implement and improve systems to enhance workflow and patient experience Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of dental office management experience Experience in Fee-For-Service (FFS) and/or Out-of-Network (OON) practices preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
