This leadership role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience while driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, team-oriented, and possesses outstanding communication and leadership skills. Experience with Dentrix Ascend and dental front office operations is required. Duties Lead and facilitate effective daily morning huddles to support clinical and operational success. Deliver an exceptional patient experience by building strong, lasting relationships with patients and families. Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism in all patient and team interactions. Manage provider schedules efficiently to optimize patient flow, productivity, and office performance. Verify insurance benefits, process claims-related workflows, and support accurate patient financial communication. Present treatment plans confidently and professionally while discussing financial arrangements, copays, balances, and payment options with patients. Support practice growth initiatives by partnering with doctors and team leaders to identify operational improvements and development opportunities for team members. Assist in implementing and maintaining office policies, procedures, and systems that support efficiency, profitability, compliance, and overall office growth. Oversee daily front office responsibilities including answering phones, patient scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, statement posting, and financial transactions. Promote effective communication and collaboration between clinical, administrative, and support departments to ensure seamless office operations. Monitor office workflows and help drive continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and DSO best practices. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA and company standards. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned. Skills Minimum 1 year of dental office management or dental front office leadership experience preferred. Required experience with Dentrix Ascend software or FUSE Strong understanding of dental insurance verification, treatment coordination, and patient scheduling. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dental environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and accountability. Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and collections with patients.
