A growing real estate company in Chicago's West Loop is seeking an Office Manager / Receptionist to join its team. This fully onsite opportunity offers a salary range of $50,000-$53,000. This role is ideal for a personable, organized professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting employees, and helping keep an office running smoothly. Working closely with leadership and staff, this individual will assist with day-to-day office operations, employee engagement activities, administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and general office management functions to help create a positive workplace experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking valuable experience in office management, administration, or operations within a collaborative and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities of the Office Manager /
Receptionist:
Support daily office operations by assisting with administrative tasks, employee requests, and general office management responsibilities Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for employees, vendors, and occasional visitors Coordinate office lunches, employee events, intern activities, and other workplace engagement initiatives Maintain office supplies, kitchen areas, and common spaces to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Assist with vendor communication, parking coordination, and other office-related logistics as needed Create and distribute internal communications regarding office events, lunches, and company activities Jump in to assist with special projects and additional responsibilities while supporting a positive office culture Qualifications of the Office Manager /
Receptionist:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Previous receptionist, hospitality, customer service, administrative, or office support experience preferred Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn while contributing to a collaborative team environment B-2
