JOB DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY
OF POSITION
The Area Office Manager will be a key member of the Outpatient Clinics at Centerstone and will assist in leading the front business offices for all outpatient clinics and facilities in their assigned region. The area office manager will report to the Regional Vice-President for their region and will oversee the administrative operations for the front offices. Alongside each clinic manager's oversight, the area office manager will provide support to each outpatient office manager to ensure consistency and compliance exists across the clinics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides leadership to office managers and clinic managers to ensure that all outpatient clinics at Centerstone are in compliance with Centerstone of Tennessee's policies and procedures regarding fiscal and clinical operations including, but not limited to, applicable licensure requirements and CARF accreditation standards. Works as the liaison between the RVP, clinic managers, office managers, credentialing and HIM teams. Designs and implements front office policies, processes and protocols (conforming with CTN policies and procedures) Onboards and trains new office managers and assists with training needs for office support staff. Reviews and approves monthly, quarterly, and annual safety inspections for each clinic location (i.e. Monthly Internal Building Reports, Quarterly Internal Safety Meeting Minutes, Quarterly Drills, Annual Inspections) Assists office managers and clinic managers with billing-related matters when necessary, and assists clients and/or staff in resolving insurance-related problems/questions Assures adequate office staff coverage and is well-versed in use of front office tools (i.e. Avatar/Zoom/etc.) Ensures maintenance of buildings is reported to appropriate shared service support Assures facility requirements are met as evidenced by Site Evaluation Tool

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level Associate's degree or demonstrated progress toward a bachelor's degree from accredited college or university required. Years of Experience At least 3 years of supervisor experience and demonstrated effectiveness at overseeing large teams. Demonstrated knowledge about the appropriate and effective management of protected health information, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act.
