Bring stability and structure in the office. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and manage a high-performing team. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a welcoming environment, and uphold the highest standards of dental practice management. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about healthcare management and dedicated to delivering outstanding dental services. Duties Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the dental clinic's daily operations, including patient scheduling, treatment flow, staff management and scheduling. Oversee fiscal management activities such as budgeting, financial reporting and billing processes. Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to maintain a motivated team Ensure compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and OSHA requirements Utilize Open Dental to maintain accurate medical records, appointment scheduling, billing. Monitor clinic performance metrics to optimize patient care quality and operational efficiency Managing Scheduling- keeping schedule busy Verifying insurance Treatment Planning Answering Multiple Phones Asking patients for referrals in office/ out office marketing Experience Proven experience in dental office management. Strong background in fiscal management, budgeting, and financial oversight in a medical or dental environment Supervising experience with teams in dental practices; demonstrated leadership skills in managing staff and human resources functions Join us as a Dental Manager dedicated to elevating patient experiences through efficient practice management while fostering a positive team environment.
