What You'll Actually Be Doing Play Tetris master with our schedule using Dentrix — fitting patients in like a pro Hunt down overdue patients like a friendly bounty hunter (we call it "smile outreach") Decode the mysteries of insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility — yes, someone has to do it, and you'll be great at it Keep medical records squeaky clean and HIPAA-happy Answer phones with the kind of warmth that makes people almost look forward to their dentist appointment Tackle pre-authorizations and billing without losing your smile What You Bring to the Chair Real experience in a dental or medical office — you already know your way around the front desk A sense of humor and the ability to treat anxious patients with grace Dentrix fluency (or at least a solid working relationship) HIPAA knowledge — you know PHI isn't a Greek letter Insurance verification and claims experience — you don't flinch at EOBs Computer skills sharper than a dental explorer Organizational superpowers and an eye for detail Bilingual?
