Summary We are seeking a Referral Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Chicago. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication between patients, healthcare providers, and our office. The Referral Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing patient experiences while supporting our commitment to quality care. Responsibilities Must know Excel Serve as the main point of contact for referring doctors and their teams. Actively visit and engage with referring offices to promote our implant services. Maintain consistent and professional communication with referring providers. Coordinate implant cases, ensuring seamless communication between our office and referring practices. Work closely with our surgical team to ensure treatment success and patient satisfaction. Utilize Excel and other tracking tools to monitor referrals and case progress. Qualifications Familiarity with Neodent and Nobel Biocare dental implant systems required. Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software. College degree or Associate's degree required. Prior dental, oral surgery, or implant coordination experience strongly preferred.
