Our client company is a leading provider of dental services and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. This is an amazing opportunity for an Office Administrator who is looking to join a reputable and successful practice that values professionalism, innovation and high-quality dental care.
Responsibilities:
Supervising and improving the performance of front and back-office staff. Conducting regular office meetings and touchpoints. Creating financial plans. Collecting treatment fees. Managing supplies and equipment. Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. Seeking patient feedback. Processing vision insurance claims. Maintaining a positive rapport with dental insurance providers.
Qualifications:
The Office Manager may also be responsible for setting up and sanitizing operatories, as required. 3+ years of experience as an Office Administrator in a Dental practice. High School Diploma or equivalent as a preference. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Dedication to patient care and satisfaction.
