Job Description
Practice Manager Full-time • On-site in St. Charles, IL 60175 Run the day-to-day operations of one of the busiest and most established chiropractic practices in the area. This is a true leadership role with real ownership, a team that's ready to be led, and compensation that reflects the responsibility. We're hiring now and ready to move quickly for the right person. About the practice Judge Family Chiropractic is a fourth-generation, MaxLiving-affiliated practice serving 500+ patient visits a week for over 18 years. We run a corrective-care, insurance-based model alongside our functional medicine program. We're looking for an operational leader to run the team so our doctors can stay focused on patient care. The role This is a leadership position, not a front-desk role. You'll own the day-to-day operations of the office and lead our front desk, billing, and patient care team, keeping the practice running smoothly without the doctors needing to step in on every issue. You'll work directly with Dr. James Judge and Dr. Kalie Judge and the ownership team. What you'll own Lead the front desk, billing, and patient care team: scheduling, performance, accountability, and daily problem-solving Run hiring, onboarding, and training for new team members Resolve staff and patient issues directly, escalating only what truly needs a doctor Track and report on key metrics: new patients, visit volume, and staff performance Help plan and execute patient events and internal growth initiatives Build and maintain office systems, SOPs, and team culture What we're looking for 3+ years managing a team in a medical, chiropractic, or healthcare office A track record leading teams of 4 or more Direct, organized, and confident holding a team accountable Someone who takes full ownership of operations and runs with it, leading without waiting to be told what to do Excellent communication and steadiness under pressure Compensation & benefits $55,000-$68,000 base salary, plus profit sharing 10 days paid time off after your first year Free chiropractic care Supplements at our cost Schedule Full-time, on-site, 40 hours/week:
