This is a key leadership role responsible for driving team performance, exceptional patient experience, and smooth daily clinic operations within a growing multi-location ophthalmology practice. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and hold staff accountable to performance and service standards Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, patient flow, and staffing coverage Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and excellent patient experience Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and healthcare regulations Partner with leadership on performance metrics, goals, and continuous improvement Address employee issues appropriately and escalate when needed Monitor workflows and implement process improvements Support onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development Serve as the primary point of contact for your clinic location Qualifications Prior leadership or management experience (2+ years of healthcare strongly preferred) Experience in optometry, ophthalmology or medical office practice highly valued Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident decision-maker who leads with professionalism and integrity Comfortable using EHR systems and standard office technology Proven ability to motivate teams and manage performance Ability to travel as needed Why Join Prairie Eye & Lasik Established, respected multi-location practice Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a real impact on patient care and team culture Competitive pay based on experience Excellent benefits package including PTO, health insurance, and more.
