$70,000+ Bonus Potential up to $90,000 Full Benefits Package | Leadership Role | Growth Opportunity Join a Growing, High-Level Dental Practice Winnetka Dental Group is seeking an experienced, motivated, and growth-oriented General Manager to help lead and elevate our practice operations, team culture, and patient experience. This is not a traditional office manager position. We are looking for a true operational leader — someone who can help manage the business alongside ownership, lead staff with professionalism and accountability, improve systems, and help continue growing a thriving practice. This role is ideal for someone who wants meaningful responsibility, leadership influence, long-term growth opportunity, and the ability to make a real impact inside an established and respected dental office.   • Lead daily operations of the practice with professionalism and accountability
  • Manage and support front office and administrative staff
  • Conduct monthly staff performance reviews and accountability meetings
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and team development
  • Foster a positive, productive, and growth-oriented workplace culture
  • Help improve communication, efficiency, and team standards
  • Create systems and workflows that strengthen practice operations Practice Operations
  • Oversee scheduling efficiency and patient flow
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
  • Handle operational issues and patient concerns professionally
  • Collaborate closely with clinical leadership and ownership
  • Maintain organization, structure, and consistency throughout the office
  • Ensure systems are followed and office standards remain high Business Development & Growth
  • Help ownership execute strategic growth initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, collections, and operational performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
  • Assist with patient retention and internal growth strategies
  • Help reduce operational burden on the doctor-owner so she can focus on patient care and long-term vision Financial & Administrative Oversight
  • Oversee administrative systems and office procedures
  • Help manage collections, insurance coordination, and accounts receivable
  • Assist with budgeting, expense awareness, and operational organization
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and operational logistics Qualifications
  • Previous dental office management experience required
  • Leadership and team management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of dental operations, scheduling, insurance, and patient coordination
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead people with professionalism, confidence, and accountability
  • Growth-minded mentality with strong problem-solving ability
