Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and resolve any issues related to animal care or facility operations.
Coordinate with veterinarians for routine and emergency medical care.
Maintain accurate records of animal health, behavior, and care activities.
Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness to provide a safe and sanitary environment.
Role:
The Kennel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a kennel facility, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and comfort for all animals housed. This role involves managing staff, coordinating animal care schedules, and maintaining facility cleanliness and compliance with health regulations. The Kennel Manager will develop and implement protocols for feeding, exercise, and medical care, working closely with veterinarians and pet owners. Additionally, the role requires managing inventory, budgeting, and customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients and their pets. Ultimately, the Kennel Manager plays a critical role in fostering a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for animals and staff alike.Minimum Qualifications:
