Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily staffing for physicians and advanced practice providers Manage team communication platform Provide EPIC support for providers Lead quality analytics and reporting for pulmonary and critical care services Oversee provider personnel file maintenance Conduct routine coding analysis and education; identify coding optimization opportunities to enhance revenue Monitor, update, and create policies to ensure compliance Collaborate with physicians and APPs to drive continuous improvement in clinical operations Education and Experience Requires a clinical background with strong knowledge of inpatient workflows Experience in hospital operations or provider management preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required Other keywords: Pulmonary, Critical Care, Hospital Based, Registered Nurse, RN, Respiratory Therapist, RRTSimilar jobs in Evansville, IN
