Front Desk Receptionist - Patient Care Services Are you passionate about helping others and creating a welcoming environment? Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Front Desk Receptionist/Office Manager and be the friendly face that sets the tone for exceptional patient care. Position Overview As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate service, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This is more than a job—it's a chance to make a meaningful impact every day. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars Verify insurance and collect necessary documentation Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards Coordinate with staff to ensure timely patient flow Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing ✅ Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred Prior experience in a medical office or customer service role Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in basic computer applications Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly, empathetic, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive pay ($17-$20/hour depending on experience)
