Job Summary:
We are a premier skilled nursing facility located in Indiana As a Business Office Manager (BOM), you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee our business office functions, providing exceptional support to our staff and residents.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll Process and track invoices, payments, and deposits Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies Coordinate and perform audits, reviews, and analyses to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Develop and implement effective budgeting and forecasting strategies Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff members Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion About the
