We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Dental Office Manager to support the daily operations of our busy and patient-focused dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both dental clinical procedures and front office management, allowing them to effectively bridge patient care and administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Office Manager with daily practice operations Support scheduling, patient communications, and appointment management Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment plan presentations Monitor patient flow to ensure an exceptional patient experience Train and support front office and clinical team members Assist with collections, accounts receivable, and financial arrangements Ensure compliance with office policies, OSHA, and HIPAA requirements Provide chairside clinical support when needed Help maintain inventory and ordering of dental supplies Address patient concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required Clinical dental experience (Dental Assistant or equivalent) preferred Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning Experience with dental practice management software Strong insurance verification and billing knowledge preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care
