Our hotel is focused on providing clean, comfortable accommodations and a welcoming environment for both business and leisure travelers. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage a fast-paced front office team. Responsibilities Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes Train, coach, and schedule front desk associates to meet brand service standards Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams Monitor reservations, room inventory, and availability Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and audit support Assist with night audit coordination and reporting as needed Review daily reports including arrivals, departures, and occupancy Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and hotel policies Support revenue goals through upselling and rate awareness Qualifications Minimum 3 -4 years hotel front desk experience (supervisory preferred) Experience with hotel Property Management Systems (IHG system experience a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools Work Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented Strong attention to detail and guest satisfaction Benefits Competitive salary Employee hotel discounts (IHG employee rate program) Opportunities for advancement within the company Equal Opportunity Employer Holiday Inn Express is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
