Job Description
Overview Weare seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing essential administrative support, and delivering excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management. Some knowledge with the IN-Home Healthcare field. Answer phone calls and manage inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members. Provide support to medical receptionists by handling patient records and coordinating communications. Maintain an organized office environment by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional. Facilitate communication between departments and assist with various office projects as needed. Utilize computer literacy to manage electronic files, spreadsheets, and other software applications efficiently. Skills Strong administrative skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail. abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Experience with in-home healthcare or in a similar clerical role is preferred. Proficient typing skills to ensure efficient data entry and correspondence management. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues alike. Solid computer literacy, including familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent applications.
