Job Description

Burroughs Endodontics is a specialty office looking for a motivated individual to fill a Dental Office Manager position! We are looking for an individual with dental office experience who is amazing with patients, enjoys working with others, and knows how to lead employees!
Primary roles include:
Focus on both patient and employee experience Managing 4-6 employees Office fiduciary duties Employee relations Patient and Doctor relations Ledger reconciliation and batching claims Creating and maintaining a positive healthy work environment Confirming insurance eligibility Running daily, weekly, monthly reports Payroll and HR functions Managing office appointments and schedules Must-have characteristics:

Requirements:
