Position Summary Care2U is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our mobile medical practice. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong operational foundation so that patients, facilities, providers, and staff experience reliable, efficient, high-quality care. This is a hands-on leadership role. The ideal candidate will be excellent at core practice management responsibilities while also having the operational mindset to improve workflows, track key performance metrics, and support growth initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Daily Operations & Workflow Oversee day-to-day operations of mobile practice. Manage patient flow, scheduling, visit coordination, and office workflows. Ensure the team is prepared, organized, and operating efficiently each day. Identify workflow issues and help implement practical improvements. Staff Leadership Train, supervise, schedule, and support team members. Set clear expectations and hold staff accountable for performance and follow-through. Help create a culture of professionalism, ownership, teamwork, and patient-centered care. Patient & Facility Communication Serve as a key point of contact for patient, family, and facility concerns. Ensuring communication is timely, clear, and professional. Help maintain strong relationships with partners and facilities. Revenue Cycle & Administrative Oversight Coordinate with billing support to ensure documentation, claims, collections, and revenue cycle items are moving appropriately. Monitor issues that may delay billing or collections and follow up until resolved. Assist with budgeting, payroll-related processes, reporting, and administrative organization. Compliance & Quality Ensure policies, procedures, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements are followed. Support audit readiness and help maintain accurate records. Promote consistent, high-quality care across the practice. Operational Improvement & Growth Support Track basic practice metrics such as scheduling efficiency, visit completion, documentation timeliness, patient volume, and revenue cycle follow-up. Help new patients onboard, facilities, services, and team members smoothly. Support growth initiatives by ensuring the practice has the operational capacity and structure to serve more patients well. Clinical Support Assist with clinical or patient-care-related duties when appropriate and within scope, especially when needed to maintain workflow continuity. Ideal Candidate The right person will be extremely organized, forward-thinking, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details. They must be comfortable leading people, solving problems, making decisions under pressure, and moving quickly between administrative, operational, staff, patient, and facility needs. Qualifications Healthcare practice management or medical office leadership experience is strongly preferred. Experience with scheduling, staff supervision, patient communication, and healthcare workflows. Familiarity with billing, documentation, revenue cycle, EHR systems, and compliance preferred. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while keeping ownership informed and aligned. Mobile care, primary care, and/or behavioral health practice experience is a plus. Pay:
