Job Description
Our dental practice, located in Georgetown, is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, compassionate, driven, and feels comfortable talking about money with patients. At least 2 years of front office dental experience is required with treatment planning involvement. Some areas of responsibility for this role are: Explain and educate the treatment plans, address patient concerns and answer questions. Conduct follow-up calls and assist the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment Educate patients with confidence in discussing finances and insurance. Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment. Perform front office duties and other duties as required, while creating a warm and welcoming experience for our patients. Enjoys variety in your day and wants to expand your dental skillset.
