- $100,000+ per year Role The Ageless Center is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations, team performance, patient experience, and revenue growth of our rapidly growing wellness and aesthetics practice.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, team development, operational excellence, and business growth. The ideal candidate is both people-focused and results-driven, capable of leading a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional patient experiences and strong financial performance. The Practice Manager will serve as a key leader within the organization, partnering closely with ownership to execute strategic initiatives, drive sales performance, improve operational efficiency, and build a culture of accountability and excellence. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and an exceptional patient experience Recruit, coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations and company standards Monitor and improve key business metrics including revenue, utilization, retention, package sales, retail sales, and patient satisfaction Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, coaching conversations, and ongoing staff development Partner with ownership to develop and execute growth initiatives, sales strategies, and operational improvements Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve results Requirements Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a medical practice, med spa, wellness clinic, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or sales-driven environment Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and hold employees accountable Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, revenue growth, and operational management Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated leader who thrives in a growth-oriented and results-driven culture Results (KPIs) Overall clinic revenue growth Provider utilization goal of 80%+ Package sales goal of 20% of total revenue Retail sales goal of 20% of total revenue Patient retention goal of 80%+ Team performance, employee accountability, and patient satisfaction metrics Rewards (Pay & Benefits) $70,000
