In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and coordinate administrative functions to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Your leadership will drive customer satisfaction, streamline check-in/check-out processes, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Duties Supervise front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure top-tier guest service Oversee check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide courteous phone etiquette at all times Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive guest relations Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by overseeing guest services, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with strong leadership skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Extensive knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk software Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Strong understanding of guest relations, hospitality standards, and hotel operations Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Previous experience in night audit procedures preferred but not required Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in handling reservations, billing, and administrative tasks Join us as a Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team in delivering memorable experiences that keep guests coming back!
