We are seeking a proactive, business-minded Medical Office Manager who excels at team leadership and operational oversight. Position Overview:
The Medical Office Manager will play a key leadership role, overseeing administrative and business operations of the clinic. This includes supervising all administrative staff, managing day-to-day workflows, and ensuring that the office runs efficiently and profitably. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with a strong grasp of healthcare business operations, personnel management, and client service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and support administrative and clinical support staff Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance Manage staff schedules, time-off requests, and performance evaluations Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and mentorship Monitor and manage practice finances, including budgeting, payroll coordination, and vendor relationships Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions Collaborate with providers to support business goals and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in medical office management or healthcare operations Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate staff in a healthcare setting Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Experience with budgeting, reporting, and business performance metrics Working knowledge of EMR systems and medical billing processes Excellent communication and organizational skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
