Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This vital role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing communication channels, and supporting our team to maintain a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong office management skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency with various office software tools. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating internal events Maintain accurate data entry records using tools such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Handle clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence Support bookkeeping activities and basic office accounting tasks Provide exceptional customer support through phone etiquette and personalized assistance Organize office supplies inventory and ensure the office environment remains tidy and efficient Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Demonstrated ability to handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and patience Prior experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience will be considered a plus Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and time management skills Join us as an Office Manager to lead our administrative team with enthusiasm!
