What You Will Do:

Responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of a department or clinic area, ensuring goals align with Baton Rouge General's strategic vision. Oversees staffing, budgeting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives to support optimal patient care and organizational performance. Coordinates daily departmental functions, ensuring alignment with GHS philosophy and goals Ensures efficient staffing and operations to meet seasonal or market-driven needs Leads and mentor's supervisors and team members; provides timely performance evaluations Oversees compliance with policies, procedures, and productivity metrics Directs clinic operations, including business office and staff management Manages recruitment, onboarding, and disciplinary processes Ensures accurate documentation, reconciliation of charges and deposits, and log maintenance Develops and monitors operating and capital budgets; prepares monthly variance reports Communicates effectively across all organizational levels to ensure transparency and responsiveness Drives continuous improvement through performance programs and staff engagement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience Required:

2 to 5 years of experience in physician clinic management or another healthcare related field
