Job Description

1. Report clinic(s) financials to physician, CEO, CFO monthly. 2. Calculate bonuses and processes for payment timely and accurately. 3. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Mission, Beliefs/Values, and AIDET customer service model. 4. Promotion of excellent patient satisfaction to the patients and office staff. 5. Reporting financials. 6. Responsible for maintaining contracts and contract renewals. 7. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures while ensuring the policies for the practices up to industry, government, and regulatory agencies standards and regulations. 8. Responsible for hiring, training, developing, and evaluating employee performance. 9. Provides supervision and direction for all practice staff. Responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work flow. Serves as a resource for decision making and problem solving, and as a liaison between physicians, management, and other departments. 10. Establish and maintain good rapport and cooperative relationship with medical-staff, co-workers, supervisors, and others 11. Participates in budgetary planning, implementation, and monitoring of all financial aspects of the physician office practice. Responsible for patient scheduling and throughput, physician and staff productivity and maintenance of adequate staffing, equipment, and supplies. 12. Responsible for compliance with billing and accounting procedures, revenue cycle and financial audit requirements. 13. Collaborate with Physicians to develop business strategies and patient services and develop 14. Ensure that all revenue cycle benchmarks are met. 15. Coordinate new practice installations as well as divestitures. 16. Coordinate and assist in the recruitment of staff and new practices which may include due diligence, practice valuations, contract negotiations, and staffing. 17. Analyze financial data for variances. Review with physicians and managers to develop methods for increasing revenue and reducing expenses. 18. Participate in development and execution of marketing strategies for the practices. 19. Identifies trends and develops a plan of action to address customer, employee, and physician satisfaction issues. Participates on teams to achieve desired results. 20. Supervise and oversee the practice budgets. 21. Ensure appropriate and high quality staffing of the practice through strategic placement of office coordinators, office managers, or practice managers. 22. Monitor the practice's operating statistics and patterns to isolate trends and changes, thus ensure that the practice is maintaining its place and competitive edge, as well as identify new market areas. 23. Participate in physician contract negotiations, as required and directed by the CEO. 24. Any other duties assigned as needed to help drive our Mission and abide by our organizations values.
