Job Description

The Executive Office Manager supports the Executive Offices ("EXO") by delivering a polished, high-touch reception experience within a highly secured executive environment. This position serves as the primary point of contact for guests, visitors, vendors, and associates entering the EXO area; coordinate access and traffic flow in alignment with security requirements; coordinate scheduling and utilization of five (5) conference rooms; and support shared office services including supply ordering support, work order coordination, and mail distribution. The role helps ensure the EXO - which includes private executive offices and workstations supporting the General Manager, Security, Gaming, Hospitality, Compliance, Marketing, Information Technology, and CFO - operates with exceptional organization, professionalism, confidentiality, and service standards. Success in this role requires executive-level professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion. The Executive Office Manager maintains reception readiness, supports shared administrative services across EXO, and partners with Administrative Assistants, Security, Facilities, and IT to ensure a seamless, secure, and consistently elevated experience for leaders and guests. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) required, additional college coursework or degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a professional reception, office management, administrative support, hospitality front desk, or comparable customer-facing office environment preferred. Experience supporting leaders, handling confidential information, and coordinating across multiple departments is strongly preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn internal systems for work orders, purchasing requests, shipping/receiving, and visitor processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact confidently and professionally with executives, directors, vendors, and guests. Exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow-through; ability to manage multiple requests and exercise discretion with confidential matters.
