Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our daily operations and support our clinical team. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Lead, coach, and support front office and administrative team members Manage scheduling, patient flow, and overall office coordination Handle billing, insurance verification, and accounts receivable Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards Foster a positive and professional office culture
Qualifications:
3+ years of dental office management experience preferred Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and practice management systems Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar software is a plus
