Job Description

Practice & Treatment Planning Lead (Confidential) We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Practice & Treatment Planning Lead to join our busy dental office. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, is confident discussing large treatment plans and financing, and can serve as the go-to support person for the team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, patient-focused, and comfortable taking charge of key operational and treatment planning questions throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee treatment planning coordination in a large, high-volume office Present and discuss comprehensive treatment plans and financing options confidently Support doctors, front desk, and clinical team with day-to-day operational questions Help maintain smooth patient flow and strong case acceptance Ensure systems and processes are followed consistently Serve as a positive leader and support resource for the team
Qualifications:
Experience with large case treatment planning required Comfortable discussing money, financing, and patient presentations Strong communication and leadership skills Highly organized with ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Dental office experience required
