Manage a team of IP Paralegals and Technology Specialists. Help execute strategic plans, prepare monthly productivity reports for leadership and lead special projects. Contribute to pitches, RFPs, CLE programming, lateral partner integration and department events. Manage and help inspire a cohesive departmental culture with empathy while still considering business strategy.
