IP Practice Manager Wisnik Career Enterprises Boston, MA Job Details $175,000 - $195,000 a year 11 hours ago Qualifications Project reporting Practice management Confidential information handling Managing legal teams Legal firm experience Team development Professional development support Decision making Leading team collaboration initiatives Law office experience Request for proposal Business management Implementation of strategic initiatives Business operations Senior level Project leadership Full Job Description For the Boston, DC or NY Office of an International Law Firm Responsibilities include: Oversee daily operations of the IP Practice focusing on matching attorneys to the right assignments, advancing their professional development & building trusted relationships with partners. Manage a team of IP Paralegals and Technology Specialists. Help execute strategic plans, prepare monthly productivity reports for leadership and lead special projects. Contribute to pitches, RFPs, CLE programming, lateral partner integration and department events. Manage and help inspire a cohesive departmental culture with empathy while still considering business strategy.
Qualifications include:
5+ years of practice management experience, exposure to tech/life science practices is a plus. Direct people management experience with an empathetic and collaborative style. A track record handling sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism. Comfort identifying issues, developing solutions, and working independently under deadline pressure. Sound judgment, discretion, and a steady hand in supporting attorneys, paralegals, and technology specialists. Someone looking to be a pillar of a very established practice group with strong leadership.
Salary:
$175k-$195k plus a generous discretionary bonus
