The role:
As the dental Practice Experience Manager, you will be the driving force behind our patient satisfaction and operational success. You will manage the aspects of the practice and act as a visionary leader who inspires our team to achieve new levels of excellence.Key responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor front-office and administrative staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Responsible for the daily non-clinical operations of their assigned office including patient satisfaction, revenue, profitability, non-clinical team selection, performance, development and other business-related functions as delegated by direct business manager. Ensures the office has a full patient schedule each day and optimizes daily schedules. Create and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency. Resole team conflicts and foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment. Play a key role in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new administrative team members. Act as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring timely and professional resolution. Coordinate schedule management for staff, ensuring optimal coverage. Oversee all daily administrative operations, including scheduling, billing, collections, and insurance verification. Ensure strict compliance with all HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations. Qualifications A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a dental office settings required Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first approach. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a meticulous eye for detail. Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Open Dental, Dentrix) and a proficiency with standard office software. Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. A positive attitude, adaptability, and an ability to remain calm and collected under pressure.
