This role is essential in ensuring an efficient, patient-focused environment while supporting both administrative and clinical teams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of dental office systems, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a positive patient experience Manage and support front desk and clinical staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight Coordinate patient scheduling to optimize provider productivity and minimize downtime Handle patient concerns and ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction Oversee insurance verification, billing processes, and claims management Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements Maintain office policies and procedures, implementing improvements as needed Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and office inventory Utilize practice management software (e.g., Denticon) for reporting and office performance tracking Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development initiatives Qualifications & Experience Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar leadership role required Strong knowledge of dental billing, insurance processing, and office workflows Proficiency with dental software systems such as Denticon Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with financial reporting, collections, and practice growth strategies is a plus
