Dental Office Treatment Coordinator- Part Time

Experience Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Dental Office Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic and beautiful dental practice in Marlborough. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in dental office administrative support. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact between patients and clinical team ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient care. Your expertise in in office administration will be essential to maintaining a high-functioning dental environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, scheduling appointments, and ensuring understanding of financial obligations. Verify Insurance Daily office operations including appointment scheduling, patient records management, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Facilitate communication between patients, dentists, hygienists, and other clinical personnel to promote efficient workflow. Part time - 3 days per week- Monday and Tuesday 8:30am-6pm, Thursday 8:30am-5pm. 1+ years of dental office experience is

REQUIRED

Experience Proven experience in a dental office setting a similar healthcare setting with a focus on practice coordination and administrative oversight. Strong understanding of dental terminology and HIPAA compliance Experience working with managed care organizations and utilization management processes is highly desirable.
