Job Description

Overview Join our close-knit team as a dental office front desk administrator. We are a small, independent, (non-DSO) solo family practice with a longstanding, loyal patient base, and are looking for a new office staff member in either a part-time or full-time capacity. Our office is open Monday through Thursday. As a key member of our team, you will receive patients and oversee daily appointment scheduling, manage financial records and billing, and support both staff and patients with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling appointments, patient check-in/out, and maintaining accurate records. Oversee fiscal management tasks such as billing, coding, insurance claims processing, collections, and financial reporting. Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication regarding treatment plans and management. Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations. Support clinic operations and foster a clean, organized environment conducive to quality care. Qualifications Experience in medical or dental setting, or in office management is a plus. Candidates interested in a professional pivot who exhibit an eager willingness to learn in a new field will be considered! Background in any medical or dental setting, or familiarity with office management software (Eaglesoft) is a plus.
