Dental Office Manager / Practice Operations ManagerNewton Centre, MA | Full-Time | Dental / Healthcare OperationsNewton Dental Associates, part of The Berik Group, is looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of Greater Boston's most established and respected multi-specialty dental practices.
This is not a basic front desk management role.
We are looking for a strong operator who can lead people, protect the patient experience, drive accountability, and help the practice continue to grow.
Newton Dental Associates is a high-performing, multi-specialty practice offering general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, sleep apnea/TMD treatment, and advanced restorative care.

About the RoleThe Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the practice and work closely with leadership, doctors, clinical teams, and administrative staff to ensure the office runs efficiently, professionally, and profitably.
The right candidate will be organized, accountable, calm under pressure, comfortable with numbers, and able to lead a team with both professionalism and urgency.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily office operations and ensure the schedule runs smoothlyManage front desk, patient coordination, and administrative team performanceMonitor key practice metrics including schedule utilization, collections, case acceptance, reappointment, cancellations, and patient flowSupport doctors and clinical teams by removing operational roadblocksEnsure a high-quality patient experience from first call through checkoutHelp manage financial presentation, and patient communication workflowsHold team members accountable to office systems, standards, and expectationsParticipate in daily/weekly leadership communication and follow-throughHelp identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and serviceMaintain a professional, positive, and solutions-focused office cultureWhat We're Looking ForDental office management experience strongly preferredExperience in a busy healthcare, dental, or specialty practice environmentStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage people, priorities, and pressureComfortable reviewing numbers and using data to improve performanceStrong understanding of scheduling, collections, treatment presentation, and patient serviceOrganized, proactive, and accountableProfessional presence with patients, doctors, and team membersAbility to lead with both kindness and standardsThe Ideal CandidateYou are not someone who waits to be told what to do.
