We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Dental Office Administrator to become the heartbeat of our practice. You will be the guardian of our financial health and the voice of our patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management, Oversee Accounts Receivable (A/R) and manage all aspects of patient billing with precision and integrity.
Insurance & Billing:
Demonstrate strong knowledge of dental software and insurance protocols to handle claims, verify benefits, and resolve denials effectively.
Patient Coordination:
Manage the daily schedule to optimize provider efficiency while ensuring excellent patient communication regarding appointments, procedures, and billing inquiries.
Software Proficiency:
Utilize dental management software to maintain accurate records and streamline office workflows. Knowledge and familiarity with importing and exporting files email is a must.
What We're Looking For :
Proven experience as a Dental Office Administrator or similar role. Strong working knowledge of dental-specific software platforms. Experience processing third-party insurance claims and understanding insurance billing cycles. Excellent math skills and a knack for numbers; please note that a math test will be part of our interview process. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
