Office & Marketing Manager Location:
Springfield, MA metro area Part time position (28 hours per week) Meadows Staffing Group has partnered with a well-established and growing professional services organization in Western Massachusetts and is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office & Marketing Manager to join its team. This is a key position within the organization, supporting leadership while overseeing accounting, office administration, human resources support, marketing coordination, and client-facing administrative functions.

Position Overview:
Ability to research, investigate and think outside the box to solve problems and troubleshoot issues. Provide efficient, professional and discreet human resources administrative services to the company, dealing with various sensitive topics and situations throughout the company. Highly organized, committed, self-motivated, works independently and as part of a team. Works well under the pressure of deadlines. Able to adapt to any situation while maintaining professionalism. Proficient in QuickBooks - Initiate customer invoices, document, track, reconcile accounts receivables and payables, maintain accurate employee and customer files. Experience with procurement and vendor management systems preferred. Prepare client contracts for projects and related project documentation. Coordinate administrative documentation and project support materials. Maintain accurate bank accounts, including deposits, transfers and monthly reconciliations for multiple company bank accounts. Efficiently execute and maintain bi-weekly payroll and expense reports for staff members. Liaison for insurance and benefits needs and requirements for the company. Coordinate purchasing activities, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
