We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-service-oriented Dental Office Manager / Front Desk professional to join our team. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance benefits and process claims Manage patient accounts and collect payments Coordinate treatment plans and patient follow-up Maintain accurate patient records Assist with office operations and daily administrative tasks Support the dentist and clinical team with scheduling and workflow management Qualifications Previous dental office experience (3-5 years preferred) Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Dexis, Weave, Dosespot, etc.) Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Paid time off Paid holidays Employee Discount How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
