Full Job Description Senior Dental Office Administrator/Superstar About Us:
At Dr. Gobran's Office, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care to our patients and maintaining a supportive, tight-knit team environment. For the past two decades, our front office has been anchored by an incredible professional who will be retiring soon. We are now looking for an experienced, high-level Dental Office Administrator to step into this vital role and help guide our practice into its next chapter. If you are a passionate front office superstar, master organizer, an insurance wizard, and love building relationships with patients, you'll find a long-term home here. What You'll Do (The Big Picture): You will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, sharing most tasks with two other extremely competent administrative staff. This is a comprehensive role handling everything from first impressions to behind-the-scenes administrative success: •
Patient Experience:
Warmly greet patients, manage a busy multi-line phone system, and orchestrate the schedule to maintain an efficient, stress-free daily flow. •
Insurance & Billing Master:
Handle all aspects of dental insurance, including verification, breakdowns, submittal, tracking claims, managing narratives, and resolving billing discrepancies. •
Treatment Coordinating:
Confidently present treatment plans, explain insurance coverage, and help patients find ways to afford the care they need. •
Practice Support:
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, manage patient electronic records, and tackle special projects to keep the office running like a well-oiled machine.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of dental front office experience is required. •
Software Savvy:
Proficiency with dental practice management software (experience with Eaglesoft and Weave is a massive plus!). •
Insurance Expertise:
Deep understanding of dental coding, insurance billing, and how to successfully navigate claim denials. •

You are a proactive problem-solver, highly organized, adaptable, and possess the emotional intelligence to handle a variety of patient and team needs with grace.
