  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Radiation Oncology Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology services management, with a focus on radiation therapy. This role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in clinical and administrative processes.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Radiation Oncology department to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, physicians, and administrative staff to optimize workflows and resource utilization.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols specific to radiation oncology.
  • Manage budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics to achieve operational targets.
  • Drive initiatives for technology integration, process improvements, and staff development.

Work Experience Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree Health Care Administration or related field is required. Master's degree in Business or health Administration preferred. 2. Five years progressively responsible professional experience performing operations management functions. In addition, five years supervisory/management experience is required.
