Dental Office Manager Full-Time | Experience in

We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager who brings strong operational expertise, a collaborative leadership style, and a commitment to excellence in patient care. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Quarterly performance-based bonuses Medical and vision insurance 401(k) eligibility Additional voluntary benefits Key Responsibilities Provide leadership through clear communication, professionalism, and a positive approach Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a high standard of patient care Manage insurance verification, billing processes, and patient accounts Utilize dental practice management systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar) Optimize scheduling to support productivity and patient flow Foster a patient-centered, team-oriented environment Train, mentor, and support front office team members Deliver constructive feedback and implement performance improvements when needed Monitor team culture, patient satisfaction, and operational performance; identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with providers Ensure revenue cycle management (RCM), financial, and accounting processes are accurate and effective Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of dental office management experience, including team supervision Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred Strong understanding of key performance metrics and data analysis Demonstrated leadership skills with a high level of integrity and accountability Proven ability to drive office performance and revenue growth Proficiency with dental practice management software If you are a dedicated leader with a passion for operational excellence and patient care, we encourage you to apply and explore this opportunity with our team.Job Type:
