Job Description
HealthReach Community Health Centers seeks a full-time Practice Manager to supervise clinical and office staff and oversee the daily operations of the Western Maine Family Area Health Center. The Practice Manager guides, organizes, and monitors all services provided at their site and assures the efficiency and stability of the practice. Will have direct operational management responsibilities of improving the health center processes, setting clear expectations, and providing mentorship to the staff. The successful candidate will possess at least an associate's degree in business or management and two years of successful experience in staff supervision/office management, preferably in a medical practice. In place of a college degree the candidate may present five years of supervisory experience in a medical office setting. Strong team building, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
