Description Senior Treatment Sales Manager Cambridge Dental Group - Dearborn Heights, MI Cambridge Dental Group is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Treatment Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. We are a thriving, patient-focused general dentistry practice connected to Wave Dental Specialists, giving our patients seamless access to advanced specialty care including oral surgery, periodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and implant dentistry. This unique partnership allows us to provide comprehensive care under one roof while creating an exceptional patient experience. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven dental sales leader who excels at building patient trust, presenting comprehensive treatment plans, and consistently driving case acceptance. You'll work closely with both our general dentistry and specialty teams to help patients move confidently through every stage of their treatment. What You'll Do Conduct consultations for comprehensive dental treatment, including restorative care, cosmetic dentistry, implant treatment, and specialty referrals Present treatment plans and financing options in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner Build lasting relationships with patients to increase case acceptance and treatment completion Collaborate closely with general dentists, specialists, hygienists, and administrative team members to provide a seamless patient experience Lead by example while mentoring team members and contributing to practice growth Maintain consistent patient follow-up and treatment pipeline management Track performance metrics and help achieve monthly and annual production goals Qualifications Dental industry experience
REQUIRED
Previous leadership experience in a dental practice
REQUIRED

Knowledge of dental terminology. Knowledge of dental office procedures. Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures. Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred. Knowledge of MS Office.
