We're a growing multidisciplinary therapy practice serving families throughout Southeast Michigan. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our Dearborn clinic. This is not a front desk position. It's a leadership role for someone who enjoys building systems, supporting a team, solving problems, and creating an exceptional experience for our families and clinicians. What You'll Do As the Practice Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Dearborn clinic and help ensure everything runs efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic Leading and supporting the front office team Managing clinician schedules and maximizing schedule utilization Coordinating new patient intake, insurance verification, and prior authorizations Monitoring billing issues, denials, and operational workflows alongside our billing team Managing our waitlist and helping families access services as quickly as possible Tracking key performance indicators, including schedule fill rates, cancellations, no-shows, and authorizations Identifying workflow improvements and implementing systems that improve efficiency Creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience for every family What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership and enjoys making a practice run well.

Preferred qualifications include:

At least 2 years of experience managing operations in a multidisciplinary therapy practice, this includes but not limited to, ABA, behavioral health, speech therapy, occupational therapy, medical, or dental practice Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, and prior authorizations Previous leadership or supervisory experience Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office operations Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills The ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment Arabic-English bilingual skills are strongly preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$55,000-$60,000 annually , based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
