  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Team Lead Mgr to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic.
Must have dental office experience and know Open Dental Software . The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office management, maintain high standards of patient care, and support the dental team in delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of dental office procedures, and the ability to manage both administrative and clinical tasks effectively. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow. Manage patient scheduling, including appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups. Oversee billing processes, insurance claims, and payment collections. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Train and mentor staff on office protocols, customer service standards, and compliance requirements. Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with dental professionals to improve patient care and clinic performance. Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for clinical procedures. Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in a dental clinic or medical office setting is essential. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry. Familiarity with healthcare management principles and practices. Experience with dental software such as Open Dental , Dentrix Eaglesoft is preferred. Understanding of human resources functions within a medical environment. Ability to manage medical records efficiently while ensuring confidentiality. Knowledge of JCAHO standards is a plus for maintaining compliance in healthcare settings. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
