Keep the front office running smoothly and efficiently. Optimize the schedule so providers stay productive (and sane). Track and move the numbers that matter—collections, case acceptance, re-care. Build a culture where people show up, step up, and support each other.

A Patient Experience That Stands Out:

Make sure patients feel taken care of from first call to final visit. Handle concerns with confidence and professionalism. Support case acceptance conversations that actually convert.

Financial Performance That Grows:

Stay on top of collections, AR, and insurance processes. Help patients say "yes" to treatment through clear financial options. Work side-by-side with the doctor to drive profitability.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

Have 3+ years of dental office management experience. Understand insurance, billing, and how to actually collect money. Know your way around Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental (or similar). Are a leader first , not just a scheduler or task manager. Are organized, direct, and not afraid to hold people accountable. Love improving systems and seeing measurable results.
