The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and team support. As an integral part of our leadership team, the Area Manager will drive office performance, foster team development, and ensure the achievement of financial, operational, and patient satisfaction goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence regional success through effective leadership, operational excellence, and growth initiatives. Duties Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize office operations, improve patient experience, and increase overall office performance and profitability. Lead, motivate, and support Office Managers and team members across multiple dental practices to ensure consistent service quality and operational standards. Oversee profit and loss responsibilities, including budgeting, production goals, financial reporting, and cost control measures. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), scheduling efficiency, case acceptance, and patient retention to drive office growth. Partner with doctors and office leadership to support staffing needs, team development, and overall office success. Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the region while maintaining exceptional patient care standards. Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all dental industry regulations and company policies. Implement process improvement strategies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support a positive patient experience across all locations. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages accountability, professional growth, and strong communication. Skills Strong leadership and management skills with experience overseeing teams in a fast-paced dental or healthcare environment. Strategic planning and operational management experience focused on growth and performance improvement. Proven ability to motivate teams, improve office culture, and drive operational excellence. Comprehensive understanding of profit and loss management, budgeting, and production goals. Experience with staffing, coaching, training, and employee development. Strong business development and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities with the capability to manage multiple offices and priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of dental office operations, insurance processes, scheduling, and practice management systems preferred.
