The ideal candidate will support our dental team in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and patient management, as well as excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff. Duties Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate patient records. Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar to optimize patient flow. Provide information to patients regarding treatments, procedures, and post-operative care. Maintain aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality care in pediatric dentistry and general dentistry settings. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and dental terminology to assist in various clinical tasks. Handle administrative duties such as billing, insurance verification, and inventory management. Requirements Previous experience in a dental office or clinic is preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and patient assessment protocols. Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental practices is essential. Proficient in dental terminology to facilitate effective communication within the team. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
